Dress Code

Hair- All students should have their hair neatly pulled back in a ponytail- In ballet their hair must be in a secured bun

Lil –Steppers: black or pink bodysuit (attached skirt preferred), pink tights, pink ballet slippers (You will purchase black velcro tap shoes for November)

All Combo Classes: black bodysuit (attached black skirt preferred), pink tights, pink ballet slippers, black velcro tap shoes (can add black jazz pants and caramel jazz shoes for jazz *If you currently have black jazz shoes, you can change over during the year.

Ballet: black leotard, pink tights, pink leather ballet shoes (split sole preferred), ballet skirts (optional)

Jazz/ Hip Hop/ Theatre Dance: -Caramel jazz shoes. We will use caramel for performances, if you currently have black, you can change over during the year. Black Gotta Dance t-shirt or tank or solid leotard, black jazz pants or fitted bike shorts to mid thigh, tights. No sweatpants or baggy clothes. (caramel character heels for Int./Adv levels)

Contemporary/Modern/Lyrical: Gotta Dance t-shirt or tank with a dance tank or solid color leotard, tights with or without black jazz pants, fitted dance shorts or skirt and caramel shoes

Hip Hop: follow Jazz attire, Caramel Jazz Shoes Gotta Dance fitted tank or t-shirt.

Tap - *Caramel tap shoes.-taps (If you have black, you can switch during the year before our year end show). Dance tank or leotard,(tights), jazz pants, Int/advanced tap classes step up to caramel character tap heels (1 ½ - 2” inch)

Boys Ballet: Black pants, white t-shirt, black ballet shoes.

Boys Tap/Jazz/Theatre/Hip Hop: Black dance pants or Black sweat pants,Gotta Dance t-shirt, (or solid black or white fitted t-shirt), black oxford tap shoes or black jazz shoes
